Quality is periodically tested by onshore lab, which deliver sieve reports and certify the quality of NEOSAND, NEOPLAST and NEOAGGREGATES manufactured, as per IS:383, IS:2116 and IS:2386 respectively. NEOAGGREGATES are also tested for flakiness and elongation quotient. The onshore lab is very stringent on maintaining and testing every aspect of manufacturing and compliance, set forth by The Bureau of Indian Standards. All our products are periodically sampled and tested with Civil Aid Laboratories, a reputed third party consultancy.

The Government mandates use of Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher to manufacture NEOSAND. VSI removes flakiness and provides product of superior cubicle shape, maximizing the strength of mortar and concrete. All our products are processed through VSI. 

 The highlight of our manufacturing process is the use of Dry Air Classifier in quaternary stage, to remove excess ultrafines (150 micron), which primarily defines the quality of NEOSAND produced. We are proud to be amongst the first to use this technology in Karnataka. NEOSAND conforms to IS:383 Zone II specifications.

NOTE: “QUARRY DUST” is a by-product of stone crushers. It is not manufactured sand and hence not suitable for construction.
